Broadband activation delayed

Hi,

My broadband was meant to be activated yesterday 06/10/2022 after moving from Sky. The broadband wasn't activated yesterday after getting a text that it would be activated by midnight, I tried for hours last night and this morning to get through by phone with no success.

This morning I received a text that the activation has been delayed with no explanation and no due date. Please can someone help with this as I'm now without internet for the forseeable future.

It would probably be faster to phone Plusnet and wait in the queue as the response times on the forums can be a little slow. The average time for a staff response was 3 days earlier this week.

Ex - Plusnet Customer (2009 - 2023) now with BT

Hi there,

Sorry for the delay with your order, I see it completed later in the day on the 7th October.

Can you confirm if all is working okay now? 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
