Broadband activation

My phone line is activated and I received the text to say so , but I haven’t received a text about my broadband , I presumed this would be active the Same day as my phone line is ? Can anyone check this for me ? I have tried to call customer services but have been on hold for over 40 mins.

Have you tried the broadband connection - i.e, fired it up?

OK. Is today your advised 'activation' day?

Don't the instructions say not to connect the router until you get the text/email saying your broadband is ready, which can be any time up to midnight?

Yes I got email this morning @ 02:32 to say my phone line had switched and was active , but nothing about the broadband. I am presuming once the phone line was taken over and active the broadband would be activated on the same day ? But I haven’t received email or text about this

@Mustrum I believe they do, but the text sometimes goes 'missing'. From previous instances of this nature, I have seen the Hubs spring into life once all PNs 'hooks' are in the correct 'holes', although on occasion, people have had to reboot the Hub the following day.
