@adamwalker Hi Adam, I have just subscribed to Plusnet broadband, but during my signup, I cannot chose a Go Live date. I now got an email saying it will Go Live 2 days later. Can I postpone the Go Live date as I wouldn't move in the house until 5 September?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Hi there, I can see we've placed the order to move the line over to us and that's due to take place tomorrow, however we need to order broadband following that and that bit will take 5 to 7 working days so I'll make sure we pop it through for after the 5th of September for you.

No worries! I've just popped back on your account and have placed the broadband order for you asking for the soonest available date after the 5th. We'll confirm that with you within the next couple of days.

Hiya @justinkwan8, thanks for getting back to us. I can see the router has been ordered already and the broadband order looks to be due to complete tomorrow, any time up to midnight.
I'm mindful there are postal strikes going on and so this could have an impact on your router being delivered within the usual time frame. If there's any downtime at all due to the router not being here we'll make sure we add a credit for this for you.
