Can't renew my phone/broadband contract

Hi,

I need to renew my contract but keep being stopped and given the error message 

"You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed"

Is there any way to correct this without having to go through a telephone call with customer services?

One of the staff members will need to fix your account.  However phoning COTS will invariably give you a better deal.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
