Cannot a make amendment

I want to renew my contract but keep getting error that I can’t make any changes to my account as order pending. I did make some change to call settings about 3 weeks ago. Can someone help.

This is a known bug.

 

You either need to wait and hope a staff member picks up on this or phone PN.

@Harvo84 Hi there, I've had a quick look into your plusnet account and can see a couple of call features current stuck in the system awaiting activation. I've submitted a request to our back-end team to get this sorted for you.

 

Typical lead times for this issue to be fully resolved is 3-5 working days but can be done sometimes in the first 24-48 hours depending how busy the back-end team is. 

 

Once this task has been completed.. you will be able to renew your contract with us online. 

 

If you're wanting to renew sooner than the lead times I've given, please refer to the number for our customer options team that @bmc has already kindly provided. They will be able to go through the entire renewal process with you over the phone.
