Depends on your moving date I suppose. Routers are normally posted to arrive a couple of days before installation. Even if you have time in hand I would phone PN and ask. This forum is not regularly monitored and staff may not see your request in time.
If Openreach arrives on moving day they should be able to install or reconnect the line to your premises anyway though of course it would be better to test it for yourself. Hope it all works out for you.
