Confused About Starting Date

So a member of the Plusnet Help Team commented on my last post that my internet is due to be up and running today (15th May), yet when I go to the dashboard, it says the 17th. 

Ideally I want to know what date it will be, because  two sources from the same company are telling me two different dates, which is not filling me with much confidence.

Ring them on 0800 432 0200. Options, Broadband -> [enter mobile number linked to your broadband order] -> Residential -> Update on recent order.

I got through to an agent right away this morning to chat - good luck!
