Can someone provide me any details on what the delay is, and how long it will be? I've tried to call customer service with no success. Thanks

However when I try plugging it into the master socket, I'm not getting a dial tone on my phone, nor am I getting any broadband signal from my router.
I've tried all the different debugging solutions stated in here but to no success. Please can you try and resolve this issue ASAP?

@VanMan24 if you want an ASAP then you will need to phone Plusnet as forum response is slow currently (yesterday they were answering questions posted 3 days ago)
