Hi,
I'm expecting my new broadband service to be activated at the end of this week, and the router package to be delivered a few days before that.
However, the service is at a property I will not be moving into for a few more weeks, so I'm worried the delivery could end up misplaced in the building since I won't be there to accept it.
I was therefore wondering if it would be possible to deliver the router to my current address instead so that I will have it before I move.
If there is a member of staff I could speak to here I'd really appreciate it.
