Dont move to my new place for a few weeks - how important is this message?

"Our initial checks suggest that the Openreach ONT device at your property is currently powered off. We'll continue to progress your order but if you are able to, we would recommend that you power on the device at your earliest convenience."
Do i need to arrange to visit and turn it on? I'll want internet sharpish when i move (within 2 days).

Do i need to arrange to visit and turn it on? I'll want internet sharpish when i move (within 2 days)
It would be a good idea to at least visit and check that the ONT is present and working by powering it on, at least temporarily.
If it isnt working then there would likely be a delay to get an Openreach engineer out to replace it.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
