Engineer Visit Booked Despite Website Saying It Wasn't Needed?

Unfortunately, it looks like the amendment Adam requested failed so the appointment is still going ahead for today between 1pm and 6pm.

If you're not going to be in we'll have to get that rearranged for you

Hi @MatthewWheeler, is it possible to get an engineer booked to come out ASAP if they’re not coming tomorrow? I need the internet to be able to work from home and I don’t have an office that I’m able to work from until it’s resolved.
