Engineer arrived but didn't install, still stuck with no service

I waited six weeks for the appointment and once he arrived he said he couldn't install today and would have to take some photos of the outside and arrange another appointment.

As someone who works from home I am stuck using my mobile data which is an extra expense and is far from ideal due to poor connectivity.

When can I expect the next appointment as I have heard nothing since?

Login in to your PlusNet account and then look for Open Questions under My Order.

 

PN should / will receive a copy of the engineers report and provide an update here (if not be e-mail as well).

I can't seem to find an option for My Order, I have a message saying Your order is being processed after I have logged in

Use the PN Tickets link below to view open tickets and those closed withing the last 30 days.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Did you look at the closed ones?

Yes, it says you have no open questions, then under closed questions under 30 days it says no questions found

Hi Adam,

I have had my broadband connected this morning and router shows a blue light, but I have no internet connection, I have tried following the instructions on similar questions and have changed the username to the correct information but still no luck, does it have to be activated on your end?
