Engineer visit and billing

So. I join up, and set my engineer visit for Friday 12th August between 1pm and 6pm, with a request to make it nearer to the latter. I get a phone call to say the engineer will visit between 8am and 1pm. NOOOOOOO!!!!!!

I have requested the later time because nobody will be in. Replying to the telephone call has netted no response, so what do I do?

Secondly.

On my online chat before ordering, I was told that I could have unlimited fibre extra for £23pm, and when I paid the initial fee, it worked out at £24.99pm. I know it is only £2, but it is now the principal. I have spoken on the phone with 3 different people, provided a transcript of the online chat as evidence, and still nobody is acknowledging me. I am now at the point of cancelling the service within the 14 days allowed, and going elsewhere.

Are Plusnet always this bad?

Do any of the staff read this?

Re: Engineer visit and billing

Update:

Hopefully billing now sorted, so just the engineer query.

Re: Engineer visit and billing

Plusnet have no control over an Openreach engineers schedule.
It's basically either an AM or PM booking .
