Error when trying to renew broadband

Hi all,

 

Trying to renew my broadband online, but it stating the below

 

"An error has occurred

You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later"

 

Ive never had an order apart from my initial order to setup broadband, any ideas?
