FTTP Upgrade

Hi,
I've just upgraded to FTTP 500mb with installation due on 21st July. The cost was £40.99 per month on a 24mth contract.
I've just received my confirmation email and its saying £47 per month
What's going on?? I'm not paying that. If its correct then I'll cancel

It's fine. It's the after contract price is all. I had the same thing in my confirmation emails, I did still receive the correct price on first bill. Here is what  my broadband page shows.

Did you do the upgrade via your member centre? Do you have a screenshot at all of the deal you agreed to so I can take a further look for you?

Similar thing happened to me. Upgrade page said £30.99 for 24 months (Full Fibre 145) but confirmation email said £35.
