Hi,
I am upgrading from standard to FTTP on 12 October. Everyone who has had this in my street they have had to dig up the road beacause the conduit is blocked.
When the neighbour was having his dug up i asked the openreach team if they wouldnt mind checking mine which they did and they informed me mine was also blocked.
So i phoned plusnet in the hope of saving everyone some time and was informed that Openreach would have to send out the engineer to confirm this anyway and then the engineer could place the order for the conduit to be dug up.
Can anyone suggest another course of action or do i just have to let the procedure run its course ?
