Fibre Router Not Recieved Yet

Recently contacted plusnet support by phone, I was told that a Full Fibre Router will be dispatched,

that it was being sent first class and I would recive it in 2 days.

Currently it's been over a week, Can one of the mods on here have a look and see what's happened to the order please?

@Robin432 - doesn't look to me like anything has been ordered.

I've placed an order now which should arrive with you at the weekend, if not early next week.

Thanks, It seems the woman on the phone forget to place the order, I did recive e-mails on how to setup the router though. I thought it might have been lost in the post.
