Fibre to full fibre upgrade, only received pre contract

I took an offer to upgrade from fibre to full fibre and completed the process in full, including selecting a date for the Openreach engineer. Thus far I have only received a pre contract email and checking on my account page I cannot see that anything has changed.

@fuzd have you tried contacting the sales team to find out what's happened with it?
