Fibre upgrade - concerning email

Hello, I received a concerning email about my full fibre upgrade and would like to see if a staff member can help me with it.

When I signed for my upgrade it allowed me to click for an engineer date for 3rd Oct but the next day I received a confirmation for the 12th. Not really an issue there but I have now received an email saying that my phone line is "moving" on the 3rd! I am hoping this is just an error as of course I would not want to be without service for two weeks.

Even more concerning is in the same email it says that because I am terminating within contract I owe nearly £200 in early termination fees! There was no mention of this during the upgrade process so I assume this is also in error, if there were early termination charges I would have waited for my contract to end first.

If a staff member could check these issues for me I would be grateful as I don't really want to leave either of them to chance.
