How to arrange broadband before moving?

I'm not currently a Plusnet customer. I will move into a new house on 23 September 2022. Can I already book a Plusnet broadband package for the new address, but receive all communication to my current address and book the engineer's appointment for AFTER 23 September 2022? I did not see an option to do this when buying a plan.

I think your best advice is to phone Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632

Called the number you gave and they said they'd arrange it exactly the way I asked for: send router to the old address, make service go live in the new address on 23 Sep. Thanks for the help.
