Switched from JLP Broadband to Plusnet (old service going away). Notified 2 Dec Line changed; router arrived beforehand ok. No info as to why broadband switch hasn't been made. Tracker simply says "problem on the line". No contact email or other from Plusnet. Can't get through on the phone (wait for 30 minutes no response).
I put a note on the question (No 229238963) asking for advice, but nothing.
How can there be a problem when I was (and still am) ok using John Lewis' connection, which (I'm informed) is Plusnet under the covers anyway?
Update: Just on the line to Plusnet after I submitted this item.
Apparently the automatic transfer from JLP to +net failed and the (very) helpful assistant has started the new service for me. Let's hope this works pretty soon.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Once you get through (40 minutes wait in the queue) the service is excellent. Well done.

Ask asked by Bob - did you receive any email confirmation of ticket updates?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
