Wow! It’s working hip hip hooray!!!!!! I came home from work and the hub was showing blue. I needed to add my account details and password and it’s working! Thank you so much for the information you added. What ever it all means has done the trick and its working!👍👍👍👍😀😀😀😀

Fantastic I'm glad to hear that @Star-Light100 

Unfortunately, it looks like the issue was with how the line was built on our suppliers end.

I can't see exactly what was missing but we were advised it should have been picked up sooner as it was a issue no engineer could fix

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
