Still not connect so far today 18/05.
My order tracker still shows “checking your line”

I'm in the same situation. Was supposed to go live on 17th, but now who knows when it will actually happen.
You should really get on the phone with them and find out what is going on. I've seen a number of reports of people complaining about this. Plusnet is failing miserably.

@Jimbo23, I'm really sorry to see that's not sorted yet. I can see Claudia has been looking after this issue for you and has replied back to your message with an update.
@banjomir, Apologies that your service didn't go live on the date we expected. I've just checked over your account and can see that this has happened due to a system issue. We've reported this with our suppliers and we're expecting an update tomorrow.
