Haven’t received gift card

My router went live on the 1/03/2024 and I should have received and email about an £80 gift card I’m entitled to which should have been sent within 10 days. It is now the 13/03/2024 and I haven’t received any email. I have been checking both my main and spam inbox regularly.

Please can this be sorted out

I did message back with my username, i sent it over again earlier just incase, but I did reply with it on the 15th

Ah, emails from us are notifications only so that won't have reached anyone.
