How long does it take for a new router to arrive in the post?

When I spoke to a member of the plusnet team on Monday to explain that we had no internet, I was told that I would be sent a new router in the post. How long should this roughly take?

They are sent out by first class post and fit through most letter boxes.

I am really sorry for the delay in the router getting to you, we had a call today and a third party router was being used to get connected, which has caused confusion.

I have still arranged for the new router to be sent and it will be with you in the next 3 to 5 working days. Please get back to me if you need any further help.
