How long until i receive my router after payment

Ive just purchased the plusnet fibre broadband. How many days do i have to wait for it to be delivered to my address and set up? Also i got told i would get a £50 plusnet reward card when i signed up? When would i receive this and what can i use it for?

@Connie  Welcome to the forum.

The hub is normally posted out to you so to arrive a day or two before the service is activated.

You have to ‘set it up’ yourself. This just consists of plugging in a few cables, the rest is done automatically.

I don’t know how it works but assume that your joining paperwork will tell you about the reward card..
