A couple of weeks ago (4th April) I ordered Fibre and was told a new Hub 2 would be sent out in 3-5 days - I have been billed for the Hub 2 postage, but haven't received the Hub 2 yet .
Any help would be appreciated...

@When is your connection due to go live - the Hubs are sent out to arrive 2-3 days prior?

Go live date is the 5th of May

If that is a confirmed date, then expect it any time from the 2nd - they are despatched to arrive a couple of days prior.

@Riverman23 Are you moving from another ISP/upgrading a Plusnet connection from ADSL to FTTC/Full Fibre?

Ah - it is all becoming clear. As you already have a Plusnet supplied modem/router (which one?) and moving to Full Fibre, this is treated as a 'New Supply' order, and the route for those is as one from another ISP. The Hub despatch is tied in with a confirmed installation date, and will be advised to you via email/text. They are sent as I said earlier to arrive 2/5 days before your Fibre installation date, and are sent via Royal mail Tracked 48hr.
