Incredibly frustrating

So I've got a new order on but there's a problem with the line due to Openreach.

I don't have a timescale, there's no online chat or email support and contacting by phone usually takes a minimum of 30 minutes up to an hour.

This really wasn't the level of service I expected from Plusnet!

I'm really sorry for the frustration. I can see you've spoken with us and we've manually replaced your order which is due to complete on the 26th September anytime before midnight.

Let me know if you have further issues or there's anything else you'd need help with.
