Hi, I am fuming,
you guys sent me a text at 19:38pm the day before my supposed install and changed it to a month later, I thought virgin was shoddy this is just disgusting. Can someone get back to me asap! I’m losing money because of this! I have no internet.
”The engineer appointment to activate your broadband service is confirmed for 06/10/2022. The engineer should arrive between 13:00 - 18:00.” is my supposed date, you’ve changed it to the 11th of November…what!?

Sorry about this, I see you've since rang us and we've credited your account due to how last minute the rearranged appointment was. Apologies again for the delay. I've just checked the order with our suppliers and I can confirm the external work's completed and the appointment is definitely now confirmed for the 10th November 8am to 1pm.
