Installation date not showing on my account

Hi community members. I’ve just signed up to switch to Plusnet and on the tracker where it is supposed to show the expected install date, it shows what looks like a placeholder for a value. Is this a known issue? I got a text message to say my installation was delayed but it’s not due until the 1st June. Im assuming this is a technical bug of some kind, but would be good to get some reassurance

Hi there @sophking Sorry for any concern that caused! Yes it seems to be a glitch with how the dates for your order have been lined up. It's due to go through on the 1st and there's no sign of any issues.

@adamwalker  When would that be exactly?  I am not impressed by the increasing number of delayed orders showing up on the forum. Not sure if you would know it but the old song " The First of Never" came to mind. Something needs to be done with the creaky ordering systems of BT Wholesale and Openreach to improve the situation.☹️
