Is activation happening?

I signed up 2 weeks ago when my ONT was installed and switched on by Openreach in a new build house. I placed my plusnet order then. Website said 3 days for a remote activation, then email came through to say 2 weeks which is tomorrow. Member centre says there is no order and doesn't give a date for activation.

Is there a staff member who can give me an update please? I am in danger of the entire family lynching me if this doesn't get switched on tomorrow!

@adamjc You really need to call Plusnet if you want an ASAP answer. The staff on this forum and the other social media channels are swamped and an initial reply here can be 3 to 7 days (going by the last month's posts) before it is given.

Ex - Plusnet Customer (2009 - 2023) now with BT

Thanks @spenlesstime. I did try the phone first but gave up after 40 minutes waiting.

Update: service has come on overnight. Thread can be closed.
