As a new customer I have a go live date of today and my old supplier has turned thier service off, so now left with no broadband at all and trying to work from using my mobile data.

@fowle I know you have posted in the Full Fibre board, but are you actually having that installed, or is this merely an FTTC to FTTC transfer? If so, the fact that your old ISPs connection has ceased would indicate that the transfer is happening, but note that it can take up to 23.59 of your transfer date for all the actions to complete - although this usually happens quicker.

Have you connected the Plusnet Hub, or are you using a third-party kit?

Connected the plusnet hub and the light goes from green to orange

OK - leave that connected, wait - as advised earlier - and see what happens. If you are moving from a different ISP, there are changes required in the BTw/OR routing as well as the need for the PN systems.

The order is due to complete today and is on track. There will be a short downtime while the engineer swaps over your service.
It will complete by midnight today.
