@nick2519706 Have you plugged in and connected your Hub to check? The confirmation messages don't always seem to arrive, for some reason.

You should be able to connect to the hub by entering 192.168.1.254 in the address field of your web browser. The flashing orange light is informing you that you can’t contact the outside world, not your local network.

Thanks @Baldrick1 . Still don't quite know what the OP means by 'I can connect with the wifi,but it just seems still not be actived yet.'

Is the light actually flashing or steady ?
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
