My connection was delayed

I've ordered to switch from BT to PlusNet 1 month ago and was given a go live date on 21st Dec, however still have no internet after a week of waiting. Every time I call customer service they give me extra days to update me but no go live date yet. It's really frustrating, we both work from home and are needing to travel to the office to work. I'm very disappointed!

@nardi_uk  You say you ordered a switch, then why is your BT service not running sti;ll?

 

Or did you cancel your BT service?

If you did the no other provider can start an order until the cease has been completed.

After I placed the order with Plusnet BT cancel the contract on December 20th and on December 21st Plusnet was supposed to go live. I called customer service and they told me there is an error with the supplier order, 6 days and still no internet
