My order upgrade

hi, I am still waiting for the open reach engineer to come. Should have come on Oct 24th 23. No correspondence from anyone. The router arrived a few weeks ago.

From unlimited broadband plusnet to full fibre 74 with NO landline (plusnet).

Have looked in open / closed tkts .many dated from oct 7th to Oct 25th 23 ,all closed.But none state that the work as has been done. A few state the date engineer should have.come. Also I forgot to mention that a few days before engineer should have come. He rang up to confirm date & time.!!

Something is not right here. I strongly suggest you phone Plusnet for an update.

Hi @Nessa1 I've been in touch with the Suppliers for an update on your order. There needs to be some external work carried out before we can book another engineer appointment for the internal work. The next update we'll have for this order is the 8th November.
