My service is being connected today (10th Oct) but no router arrived in the post so I can't use my internet. I did receive an email a few weeks ago saying it had been dispatched but nothing.
I have seen from the boards that this is quite common.
Can anyone check this for me or resend a router?

@markfoster1982 Is this a totally new connection or a move? What router (if any) do you currently have?

@markfoster1982 - it was shipped from the warehouse almost two months ago.
I can see you've since been in touch and a replacement is now on its way.

Yes managed to get through to someone on the phone who has shipped a new one.
I had to delay my installation until Oct but I've had access to the property for months and not receive the original router or any missed delivery notice.
Hopefully sorted by the end of the week
