Cool. That's booked for you now. The engineer should be visiting you anytime between 8am to 1pm on Monday. 

I've set a reminder to follow up with you then but feel free to get back to me with how it goes.

Hi there,

Just checking back. I can see the engineer fixed a problem at the cabinet (the green box in the road) and you look to be back up and running. Is everything working OK now?
