Need to change my installation date

Hi

How do I change my installation date? It’s currently on the 6th of January but need to move it to the 26th of January but can’t find anywhere online to do it?

@Johnandkym There is no online facility for this, you need to contact Plusnet by phone.

As in, 'they are taking forever to reply'? Sorry, but you will just have to keep trying - that is the only route. Unfortunately, Plusnet appear to be having 'staffing problems' at the moment.
