Never received reward offer

Signed up for Plusnet via moneysupermarket in June 2021. Shopping around for new wifi and realised I never received the voucher that was associated with the deal. Obviously a while ago so long shot but could I still claim it as it was never sent?

Hi,  Sorry, I would definitely say No chance, You have to jump over so many obstacles ( T & C's )  You have to claim the reward within a few weeks from the start of your Going live date, for Me that was June 2022, and then they send you an email that goes in your spam folder, In My case, it took over 10 phone calls before I received the payment and then it was split into Two smaller amounts to make up the advertised offer, I was surprised at this after the large amounts of TV advertising at the time.
