I signed up for a new 18 month contract which started on 29/11/21. I phoned customer support yesterday to ask if I could be supplied with a Plusnet Hub 2 router as part of taking the new contact. The customer support raised a ticket which only mentions that my Broadband is working OK. That is what I told him.
Could you please tell me if I would be able to get a new router.
Fixed! Go to the fix.
