New FTTP Installation stalled

I live on a new build estate with underground openreach infrastructure.

Now the Fibre is on my house but the pipe under my house is collapsed I went for permit openreach to dig fix and replace option and was told it would be within the next two weeks.

As i've heard nothing and Plusnet are still charging me the out of contract rate I hsve no Idea what is going on?

@Syme89 My suggestion is to contact Plusnet - you can't deal with Openreach direct, but PN should be able to get some information for you.
