My engineer is due in Friday, just had text to say "Hi from Plusnet. Your router has been ordered, it'll arrive within a few days"
Concerned a few days could mean it's not here in time for Friday - is it 1st class post does anyone know?

is it 1st class post does anyone know?
I believe its sent RM 24h Tracked, so when its dispatched (likely this evening) you should receive an email or sms with the tracking details.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
