New Order

I placed an order last week, with an engineer to visit on 4 September, and received an email confirming this - with a link to track the order. I am concerned that I haven't received an order number and there is nothing on tracking/nothing confirming the payment made. Can you confirm that the order has been placed and is on track for activation on 4 September?

Welcome @Liz80 to our customer forum. The staff monitor posts as far as they can but if you haven't heard anything more in the next few days it's more reliable to give them a call.

Hi @Liz80 

I've checked and I can confirm everything is good to go for the 4th.

You don't get an order number on these e-mails as such but any further updates to it will be sent to you via text/e-mail

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
