Re: New Router not arrived engineer due tomorrow

Thank you for your replies, the enginer came out and fitted the fibre and did a geat job clean and neat install. He plugged in the hub one and it worked without any issues or porblems and he told me how to connect the new router.

The new router arrived today plugged it in and worked with no issues, this is why I stay with plusnet great speed and really good customer service.

Please feed back to the managers your reply was quick and very helpful putting me at easy when I was worried I would have no internet. Also the engineer that was sent out was very good, helpfull and very good at his job and also takes pride in doing his job very well as this is rare today I would liike this noted.

Thanks

Lawrence

As always a happy customer

@lscatterson  the engineer who did the install would have been an Openreach one. I believe you can arrange to commend them for service here https://www.openreach.com/help-and-support/thank-an-engineer-form
