New Router??

I’ve previously posted regards the fact my router has not arrived yet despite being sent out on the 12th and my wifi has gone live on the 14th. I have seen a number of people on here who have had second routers sent out. I can’t get through on the helpline despite waiting over an hour and half before having to end the call due to commitments as such I would be grateful to know if there is anyway I can order a second router as it seems unlikely the first is going to arrive now! I have tried Royal Mail and they can’t help without a tracking number but I am receiving other parcels via Royal Mail sent after the 12th so I can’t help but feel it has gone missing.
Any help appreciated on having a second router sent out please!

Ah no worries! Thank you for trying  If I could get a tracking number or something I’d feel better knowing it’s on the way! But seems I’ll just have to hang on and hope it’s not much longer.
