New account cant login

Hi I've just signed up to broadband got to end paid the first month got my credit agreement. Then went to log it and get error message account unknown. And can rest password. All username and password same as used to sign up? Can anyone help?

@Dan82 Where are you trying to log in? Yes the username and password are those you chose at sign-up.

If you mean the Member Centre, the username is just that - your user name alone (no '@' or anything after that), and the password you agreed.

Your 'account page' is the 'member centre' -if you click the 'My Account' link at the top of the page and select the 'Broadband....' option, you should see a page as below:

Fill that in.

It says I don't have an account!! And I paid the first month and got credit agreement. But no welcome email

In that case, all I can suggest is that you call PN and ask them what is happening.

There are two options to login to the members centre, Broadband username or Registered email address. Have you tried both?

The broadband user name on the Hub would be yourbroadbandusername@plusdsl.net

For the members centre you would use yourbroadbandusername leaving out @plusdsl.net 

The email address is the one you registered when you created the account and receiving account related emails

If neither of these work your only option is to phone in or wait for a staff member to pick this thread up which may not happen in a timely manner.
