New customer - awaiting voucher

Hi

I’ve recently made an order and am wondering when I will receive any communication in regard to the £60 voucher I am meant to be receiving?

Fix

When I joined Plusnet earlier this year, (May/June), I received the email to claim my reward card after having made two payments. The first payment being by card when I signed up, and the second being the first direct debit taken after my broadband and phone had actually moved to Plusnet.

IIRC, the timings were approximately:

Signing up > actual broadband + phone transfer date = 2.5 weeks

Transfer date to getting email to claim reward = 1 week

Claiming reward card > receiving card = 3 weeks.

Hi, thanks that’s great.

Was your confirmed activation date 2.5 weeks after you ordered? It did it keep being pushed back? I’m asking as our go live date is this Friday and we’re moving to a new home, whereby we also work from home.. hopefully they stick to the indicated time line

IIRC, it was about that - I think that there was a Bank Holiday in between as well.

We were staying at the same address, but moving supplier from BT to Plusnet.

The reward vouchers are normally emailed out 10 days after the service has gone active.
