So annoying.
Joined plusnet on the 13th was told should be activated in 3 working days due to having a set up.
So I phoned my current supplier and informed them.
Then get a notification from plusnut saying sorry activation date is the 21st and I was annoyed but hey ho it how it goes. Thought that's only a few extra days.
No today I have received another notification after clarification stating the 21sts has no changed to the 28th.
I live in a rural area and have no Internet now due to pure incompetence.
This needs sorting and I need some suggestions please as this is not okay.

Oh dear! If you called your current supplier to cancel, they will have put a cease,on the connection, which will have cancelled Plusnets order to transfer the service. They will now have had to replace the order to transfer once the cease has completed.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
