New order - nothing since 13th August?

Hi I placed an order for broadband on the 13th August to take over from Nowbroadband, since then I've had no correspondence and my account has been stuck at "we will confirm your completion date shortly" any help would be appreciated

Welcome to the forum @Wilson45 

You should have heard from Plusnet by now, suggest you give them a ring as this forum isn't always monitored by staff who do what they can between other duties. Did you give them a changeover date at which they take over from your existing ISP? If this date has passed you should definitely call them. Normally you should receive the PN router a couple of days in advance of connection.

@Wilson45 might be worth logging in to your account and checking to see if there are any closed questions that might give some idea of whats causing the delay.

Login and then use the link https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=search and then use the dropdown to view closed questions in the last 30 days.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
