New to. Plusnet and broadband still not working

Hi, we've supposed to have switched over to Plusnet yesterday, after 2 calls to Plusnet we've been assured all is well and its just a wait for Openreach to switch us, well, this morning still no broadband, what next? Sad

@Agi Welcome to the forums. The agents you spoke to, if that was what you were told, are wrong.If 'all is well', you should be online.

What colour is the light on your Hub?
